The Grand Inquisitor and the rest of the Inquisitor’s arrive on Tatooine chasing rumours of a Jedi, hidden on the planet, little do they know, Tatooine harbours far more than just one Jedi on the run from the Empire. 📸🌔

The Inquisitor Scythe Lego set was truly fantastic, wonderful Lego figures within this one. Not to mention a wonderful build and lots of Lego minifigure photography opportunities. What did you think of this set, and do you hope we see it again in Star Wars media?

Luke Skywalker - “Hey Biggs, I told you I’d make it someday…”

Biggs Darklighter, a friend of Luke Skywalker, they spent their childhood days on the sands of Tatooine, they shared the dream of leaving the desert and become pilots. Biggs achieved this first, however he naively joined the Imperial Academy, although he quickly saw the Empire for what it was and defected to the Rebellion…

I can’t lie this is one of my favourite minifigures from this years May 4th wave, courtesy of @firestartoys I love it when Firestar take a step off of the beaten track and produce a character that only real Star Wars Fans would recognise. From a deleted scene that I highly recommend watching, Biggs returns to Tatooine to inform Luke that he plans on leaving the Academy to join the Alliance. They share a drink and some stories before Biggs leaves, it adds a great deal to Luke’s feelings of frustration within the first few acts of A New Hope, having to remain on Tatooine for another season. 🪐

This custom Lego minifigure is simply perfection, down to the last print detail, and custom binoculars. Luke and Biggs use them to catch a glance of the Star Destroyer in orbit above the planet. This is a minifigure I highly recommend, not to mention it’s beautifully PAD printed. Very much worth looking into, and be sure to watch the cut scene, it’s available on Youtube… 🎞️📸

HAN SOLO - “I mean it take her, you’ll need all the help you can get, she’s the fastest ship in the fleet…”

One of everyone’s favourite interactions from Star Wars Episode 6, Return Of The Jedi. Han Solo convinces Lando and the crew to take the Millennium Falcon for their assault on the Death Star 2. Lando agrees and promises Solo that “she won’t get a scratch”. While that didn’t quite turn out to be the case, the Falcon was pivotal in the Rebel assault and ultimate victory seen in Return Of The Jedi… 🪐

Massive thank you to @orbitalminifigs for this Lando Calrissian custom Lego minifigure, I have wanted to feature the Nien Nunb anniversary figure for ages now and this was a great opportunity to do that also. Some wonderful bold prints here, excellent quality also, my official Lego figure is probably going to find itself on eBay very soon having received this epic figure. Plenty more on the way featuring Orbital’s minifigures and parts, not to mention everything else that has arrived as of late…

BO KATAN - “You’re all traitors!”

As Darth Maul topples the Mandalorian Government by defeating Vizsla in the throne room, Bo Katan flee’s with some of her fellow Night Owls. In a desperate attempt to preserve their culture and hopefully to one day, return. 🪐

I have no idea why I posted the previous version of this work, that shield edit was simply AWFUL. I wonder when I’ll learn my lesson with my Lego art works, don’t share if you’re not sure. That being said, I’m able to show off more of this awesome Lego mini figure, I am all but certain we will see Bo Katan again in live action. They invested too much time in the character for her to fade into the background now. 📸

HAN SOLO - “I should have Chewie rip your arms off. In fact, Chewie, do it…”

Han and Chewie battle their way out of the Bis Refinery on Savareen. Caught between Becket, Dryden and Enfys Nest, Solo is determined to do the right thing and to get away with a little somethingof value too…

It’s such a shame that Solo a Star Wars Story didn’t do so well at the box office, it’s a very underrated movie and the relationship between Han and Chewie is fantastic. This film also translated very well into Lego, we were gifted a very cool wave of Lego sets with some very unique and cool minifigures. What do you think of the Solo wave of Lego?

IMPERIAL OFFICER - “Dev Morgan! Get that helmet back on! And fall in…”

Ezra Bridger undercover as an Imperial Cadet is one of my favourite plays from Phoenix Crew during Star Wars Rebels. Ezra infiltrates and causes chaos behind enemy lines in these story arcs…
Not really depicted in Lego, we have young Ezra with his Cadet helmet but a lot was left on the table. Fortunately @thebrickway and @grandpaclonecustoms stepped in to provide some serious custom minifigures to represent the characters in these stories. Not only do we see all the Cadets present we get Ezra and an epic Chopper in his Imperial disguise. I’m yet to work with the Chopper and I’d also like to feature the painted Cadet Helmet provided too, plenty to get on with but if you’re a fan of Star Wars Rebels, this release is a must have 🪐

TATOOINE CUSTOMS - “Well? Are you coming or not?”

Obi-Wan Kenobi gathering himself before leaving Tatooine for the first time in many years. His devotion to protecting Luke Skywalker is interrupted when his twin sister Leia is in peril at the hands of the Inquisitors…

I know a lot of people didn’t like this show and it did have issues, however seeing Kenobi again in live action is something that no one can deny is a wonderful thing. Not to mention, Lego really delivered with this wave. Some great sets and minifigures, I was a huge fan of the Inquisitor ship, have a look at my Lego work based on this build….

RUNE HAAKO - “We will not survive this…”

Star Wars Episode One, The Phantom Menace, this movie has seriously grown on me over time. The politics and chess moves are seriously interesting rewatching as an adult. It’s so obvious why Darth Sidious chose the Neimoidian’s of the Trade Federation as his pawns. They’re blinded by greed and agreeable to his plans.

Anyway, I’ve been waiting for better representations of these Trade Federation characters, and @obtbricks delivers. Some really great Phantom Menace Custom Lego minifigures being pumped out (Palpatine up soon).
All I need now is a Nute Gunray to pair with this epic figure for an iconic work ✌️🪐

Darth Talon, the legendary Twi’lek Sith Lord, in the service of Darth Krayt. Impossibly devoted and extremely deadly, especially with a Lightsaber…

An epic depiction of this Sith Lord in Lego, curtesy of @firestartoys one of my new favourite custom Lego minifigures. The pad printing is just phenomenal here, it really is. I really am enjoying the Star Wars Legends characters lately, I’ll have some more Legends content out soon as it’s very enjoyable, it’s not something many Lego fans get into so it’s cool to represent that…

ORDER 66 THEME PLAYS…

The top secret and highly devastating Order 66 wipes out the unsuspecting Jedi Order, all across the Galaxy simultaneously…
I’m slowly acquiring a decent looking Jedi Council in Lego form, if anyone knows of a one piece Lego scale set of Jedi council seats let me know. It’s something I’d love to develop with someone capable of 3D printing, feel free to reach out if you’re interested.

I have a real desire to create some far larger, and busier works. Landscape featuring many Lego minifigures, if this is something you’d like to see, let me know and where should I start?

The Joint Chief’s arrive on the Death Star to discuss how to move forward with their new “technological terror” as Darth Vader puts it, Tarkin arrives to inform them that the senate can no longer stand in their way. The Death Star can be unleashed…
I’m really pleased I was able to pick up official Tagge and Motti Lego minifigures, essential for any Imperial collection, I’m really pleased that Lego decided to produce them. Even if it meant we had to upgrade the legs ourselves…
