Mountain Bongos are large mammals re-locating for rewilding is a difficult process that needs to be done quickly whilst keeping the animal as calm and safe as possible. The specialist teams at @mkwc_ke , @kenyawildlifeservice and @sheldricktrust did a great job successfully relocating every bongo.

"I believe we each have a role to play however small or big...Making the choice to give your time energy and energy to seeing nature, spending time in nature and appreciating its beauty. Realising it may not always be here if we dont take the steps to protect it, if we don't take the steps to understand it, and we ensure we pass that on to future generations." - Chair Mt Kenya wildlife conservancy board of trustees.
