Numerous hours have gone into the Thunderbird's engine bay to give it a clean, simple, and timeless look. There was a lot of thought that went into making sure the cover paneling was designed in a way to complement the body nicely while incorporating just enough details to keep it interesting. A ton of effort also went into the wiring, plumbing, and tidying up of the front accessories on the engine to hide anything that really doesn't need to be seen, not to mention all of the work that went on underneath the dash to hide the master cylinders.

There are still a few finishing touches left in the engine bay, but it's getting very close to completion(fabrication wise), and I can't wait to see how it all looks once it's painted! 🤘

Just received email confirmation that our '67 Pontiac LeMans build is going to be one of the two unveiled cars in the @sema_hria booth at this years @semashow !

I'm so thankful to get the opportunity to unveil a car in this booth, which in my opinion has had the best unveiled cars at the show the past two years.

It feels good to finally break down the barrier of getting a car into the SEMA Show after attending for many years and not being able to be a part of it.

I can't wait to show everyone what we've been working on!

This week on Oil & Whiskey, we’re joined by the crew from @revampedridesrc.

Dalton, Scott, and `'Diet' Dalton sit down with the guys to talk about how Revamped Rides came together, how the shop has grown in just a few short years, and what it takes to build cars at a high level while still figuring things out the hard way.

We get into the Thunderbird that put Revamped Rides on a lot of people’s radar, the metalwork, fabrication, bodywork, paint, customer expectations, and the reality of building the kind of cars that don’t need to be over-explained when they roll into a show.

The guys also talk about shop culture, learning through mistakes, taking criticism, building a body of work, SEMA, Roadster Shop chassis talk, car show etiquette, and why sometimes the best thing you can do is let the car speak for itself. by @revampedridesrc

Rear bumper tucked and gapped on Mark's 1970 GTO Judge. 🤘

Tucked bumpers are very labor intensive on these old cars, but damn it makes a huge difference in the final product when completed.

If I can get some motivation to start posting consistently again, I will make a couple posts on the process of tucking this bumper.

Had a great time at the @goodguysrodandcustom Heartland Nationals this weekend! We took Bob's 1984 Trans Am over to the show for the first time.

We weren't lucky enough to come home with any hardware, but the car recieved a lot of attention, and I had a blast hanging out with other builders and talking with everyone. 🤘

Our friend Kelly Clark brought his badass 1955 Chevy up from Missouri this past weekend for the WheelHub Live event. Here's a few videos and photos of it with the Chevelle. We had a great time catching up and hanging out at our open house and at the show. Looking forward to the next one. 🤘
