Finding time to write or even sit down and play is definitely a challenge these days but I still try and carve out a bit here and there. This is a song I wrote for a songwriter group a few months ago. I just revisited it and just wanted to share with y’all. I had been talking with my therapist about how it all can feel so insignificant but how significant we can be to the ones closest to us or just the stranger walking down the street. How a smile or a hug can literally change a persons day or even their life. One of the most important things I learned from my dad was compassion and I hope that my boy will one day say the same about me. Much love!#revhylton #singersongwriter #newsong by @revhylton

Not gonna lie. Feels good to see my name on this poster alongside some of my favs. I’ve been huge fan of @dbtph @gillianwelchofficial and @davidrawlingsmusic for years and I’m stoked to be sharing a stage with them. Massive thank you to @amplifymycommunity for asking me along and for everything they do for the community.
