We are hosting a free community event every Tuesday in September and October. It’s an opportunity to explore parts of this historic mansion and the garden with hedge maze from 6-9pm. The Library bar will be open for mocktails, cocktails, beer, wine and sodas so join us as we gather to enjoy the New England fall…. Our favorite time of the year.
On September 1st, we will be joined by a trio called French Press and on September 15th we will be joined by Singer/songwriter Corey Knapp under the tent. Music will begin around 6:30. We hope to see you here. by @revivalwheelermansion

Some homes are impressive. Others become part of history.

🍍 Welcome to The Wheeler Mansion, an extraordinary 13-bedroom, 7-bathroom Gilded Age estate spanning over 13,000 square feet and standing as one of the most remarkable historic homes in Massachusetts.

Constructed in 1903, this iconic mansion was built for John W. Wheeler and his wife, Almira Wheeler, whose success in the sewing machine industry helped establish them among the prominent business leaders of their era. More than a residence, The Wheeler Mansion is a lasting tribute to the craftsmanship, elegance, and ambition that defined the Gilded Age.

From its grand architecture and timeless details to its rich connection to North Quabbin history, every room tells a story more than a century in the making. Properties of this caliber are rarely offered, making this a unique opportunity to own a true piece of Massachusetts history.

📽We were honored to showcase this extraordinary historic estate through cinematic real estate videography and photography.

Step inside and experience the legacy of The Wheeler Mansion.

🫶🏻Not every beautifully presented home has to be professionally staged. Sometimes it's the owner's personal touch, thoughtful styling, and attention to detail that makes a property truly memorable.

✨️ And this mansion? Well, it has a little something extra.

👻Beautifully styled, full of character, and rumored to have a few lingering spirits.

It's a reminder that the way a home is presented matters. When the details, personality, and marketing come together, you create something that makes people stop scrolling and take a closer look.

📸We'll leave the ghost stories to the experts. We're just here for the beautiful photography.

🎃Happy Halloween friends!

So grateful 🙏 @bostonglobe just told the story of the Wheeler Mansion, and I’m still pinching myself ✨ Janira Skrbkova did a phenomenal job capturing the beauty behind the building.

Built in 1903 on a sewing machine fortune. A rest home for the Ladies of the Eastern Star for decades. Then five years empty after foreclosure.

Then Cynthia Butler saw an Instagram post (yes, really 📱), won it at auction, and spent four years bringing every inch of it back to Gilded Age glory 👑

Today it’s a turnkey boutique inn, licensed event venue, and short-term rental, with 13 bedrooms, jade and onyx fireplaces, a domed billiard room, and a backyard hedge maze 🌿

Oh, and a few spirited residents who’ve been nothing but friendly 👻

I’ve done business on Main Street for 25 years, and watching a comeback like this happen in Orange hits different 💕 This house was made to be shared, and its next owner gets to write the next chapter.

Offered at $1,147,000 🏰

📲 DM me or call 413-687-1330 for a private tour, and send this to the friend who’s always dreamed of running an inn. You know the one 😉

I met her when she was 2 days old after being put up for adoption. She was my niece then but she quickly became my daughter and now she celebrated her Sweet 16 at a place she calls home.

It’s like a fairy tale.

Even though the mansion is still for sale and we are ready for the next chapter, I’m happy she was able to celebrate here. She’s been on this journey with me since the beginning so it was a special day.

Thank you for capturing this memory @kirstenspencerphotography by @revivalwheelermansion

There was something very satisfying about today with my new toy. It sucks the leaves without pulling the gravel which was the goal and is pretty easy to use! Highly recommend. #ryobi #ryobipowertools by @revivalwheelermansion

I see more yard work in my future. Luckily I enjoy it but I’m a going to google the efficiency of leaf vacuuming for the maze. Let me know if anyone has any experience with them or recommendations. #fallvibes #historicpreservation #orangemassachusetts by @revivalwheelermansion

We had a great and busy weekend! One of my favorite parts of the mansion is creating all of the cool events to host. The comedy and magic night was a great success. All of the talent are from the area and showcasing/supporting local artists always feels good. Thank you @brandon.russello and @peterniallmagic for sharing your talents with us. I think we will have to do it again. #orangemassachusetts #mansion #magic #comedy by @revivalwheelermansion

It’s a beautiful fall morning and even better to wake up to see a message from a local artist, Catelyn Ames, was has been inspired to painted the mansion and we love it. Thank you Catelyn.

What if the history of a home doesn’t leave when the people do? 👻

Medium Brandie Wells recently stepped inside the Revival Wheeler Mansion at 75 E Main Street in Orange, MA…......and according to Brandie, she wasn’t alone.

Built in 1903, Wheeler Mansion has lived more than a century of stories. It’s been a private estate, a home for women, abandoned for years, and eventually brought back to life through an extraordinary restoration.

But did everyone who once called Wheeler home actually leave? 👀

During Brandie’s visit, she connected with what she believes are multiple spirits still occupying the mansion and some seemed to have very specific reasons for staying.

Who are they?

Where in the mansion did she find them?

And the question we REALLY want answered…

Would you purchase a New England mansion if you knew you might be sharing it with a few permanent residents? 🏚️👻🔑

Watch until the end, and tell me in the comments:

Would you live here?
