Who says chiropractic care has to happen in the office? 😎🌴

A couple weekends ago, Dr. Zack took Revive on the road and spent some time at the beach helping some groms get adjusted and feel their best!

Sun, sand & spinal health- we’ll take it! ☀️🌊

Lifestyle determines most of our major health outcomes! Start small, and build… it starts by eating real foods by God and avoiding man made, processed foods… PERIOD! Completely change one meal (dinner) per day, and you’ve improved 33% of your diet🙏🏽

We Care, God Cures!

That’s what the sign on the side of the building says; and it couldn’t be more true! I’ve been seeing Dr.Zach for years! Through both pregnancies (he literally adjusted me hours before I gave birth👏), normal life care, adjustments for my babies at just days old and chronic migraines! He is truly one of the best Chiropractors in Jax!

One of the best parts is, you walk away from EVERY VISIT learning something new about your body and overall health! Chiropractic care is a touch subject and so many people are so scared but true + quality chiropractic care is life changing! Especially when it’s paired with education!

So grateful for Zach and his amazing team! He truly has a passion for health and wellness and it shows!

For overall Chiropractic care, health and wellness questions or to chat about the latest surf trends in Jax, Zach is your man!!!

We have been working hard (and by “we” I mean Crystal ◡̈) to get our online Community Care portal up and running for our VETS, and the day is finally here!

This means that you or your Veteran loved ones can seek treatment at our office to include chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage, and advanced SHOCKWAVE THERAPY! You may be FULLY COVERED for these services!

We are able to submit requests for care online and save you the trouble of seeing your VA provider to plead for your care.

We LOVE our VETS and are so greatful to offer this care. For more questions or to schedule an appointment, please call 904-996-2243! by @revivechirowellness

I hope we begin to see changes in our foods… in the mean time, we have to choose organic, non-gmo foods to the best of our ability! Or we can remain sick🤷🏽‍♂️

For all our pregnant mommas and mommas to be! Resistance training is also great for blood sugar regulation, and with the amount of gestational diabetes in seemingly healthy pregnancies, it might be a great addition to help you and your baby!!!

Antibiotics should be used properly and only when absolutely necessary. Unfortunately, they are given out like candy and it’s destroying our gut microbiome and creating a host of health problems.
