"Wherever you are tonight, you can make it. Hold your head high, stick your chest out. You can make it. It gets dark sometimes, but the morning comes. Don't you surrender." . . .
"You must not surrender. You may or may not get there but just know that you're qualified. And you hold on, and hold out. We must never surrender."

My dear Cousin . . .

Please remember our family in your prayers.

There's a place in heaven prepared for me
When the toils of this life is over
Where the saints are clothed in white
Before the throne singing praises forever, forever more
In my Father's house there are mansions bright
If He said, then I know, I know it's true, yeah
There's a place for me beyond, beyond the sky
Brothers and sisters there is one for you
Jesus, He promised me a home over there
Jesus promised me a home over there by @revshar

“Yes, if you want to say that I was a drum major, say that I was a drum major for justice. Say that I was a drum major for peace. I was a drum major for righteousness. And all of the other shallow things will not matter.”
-- Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

"Freedom and justice cannot be parceled out in pieces to suit political convenience. I don't believe you can stand for freedom for one group of people and deny it to others."
-- Coretta Scott King
