The Chichicastenango market — one of the oldest and most alive indigenous markets in all of the Americas — has been gathering on these steps since before the church behind it was built. The world converges here. Textiles in every color. Copal smoke rising into a sky that has seen centuries of this same ritual. Into the middle of all of it, the Rev Boomerang mirror. Reflecting the market back to itself. Catching the textiles, the crowd, the light, the steps, holding it all in a single curved frame for just a moment before the world moves on. Design at its most honest is not the thing you look at. It is the thing that shows you where you are. #interiordesign #objectdesign #mirror #iconicdesigner by @revstudio.design
Some rooms already know who they are. The bar of the Teatro Nacional Miguel Ángel Asturias is one of them. Efraín Recinos designed this building as a total work of art, every surface, every curve, every tile a deliberate act of Guatemalan identity. The terrazzo floor. The cobalt blue. The geometry that refuses to sit still. Into this room we brought “Catre” , one of Rev's most iconic wallcoverings. Stripe on stripe. Color on color. A pattern bold enough to hold its own against one of the most visually charged interiors in the country. by @revstudio.design
There are places in Guatemala that make everything else feel small. Semuc Champey is one of them. Turquoise pools carved into limestone by the Cahabón river, surrounded by cloud forest that has been growing since before anyone thought to name it. A place so complete it needs nothing added. And yet. Our exterior chair, clean, quiet, upholstered in the palest linen, sitting on the rock edge like it was always meant to be there. Not competing with the landscape. Simply offering a place to sit inside it. Because the most beautiful rooms don't always have walls. by @revstudio.design
Xibalba, in blue, floating above Lake Atitlán. Named for the Mayan underworld, the pattern carries a world of its own: ancient, layered, and quietly powerful. Set against the volcanic landscape of Atitlán, its blue colorway feels almost elemental — as if the fabric had always belonged to this place. Some patterns decorate a space. Others seem to carry a story with them. #landmark2026 #revstudio #findustofindyou by @revstudio.design
Cañaveral was born here. Among the golden stalks, the cracked earth, and the silence of a harvest that has already done its work. Every thread carries the geometry of the fields, the earthy tones of ripened corn, the quiet weight of something that grows slowly and with purpose. From the field to the loom. From the loom to the space you live in. #landmark2026 #revstudio #findustofindyou by @revstudio.design
Some textiles carry a place inside them. Todos Santos was woven from the highlands of Guatemala, inspired by deep earth tones, an organic pattern, a fabric that embodies exactly where it comes from. We placed it where it belongs. At the foot of the volcanoes, in the fields that remember everything. The chair holds the landscape. The landscape holds the chair. #landmark2026 #revstudio #findustofindyou by @revstudio.design
Named for the Mayan underworld. Placed on the walls of Guatemala's most sacred civic building. Xibalba is not a quiet wallpaper. It carries myth, depth, and the particular weight of a culture that understood that beauty and power were never separate things. In the grand staircase of El Palacio Nacional, beneath gilded ceilings, beside marble balustrades, it finds the setting it was always meant for. Some designs belong in a room. This one belongs in history. #landmark2026 #revstudio #findustofindyou by @revstudio.design
Some materials are born from fire. Ixcane is one of them. Inspired by volcanic lava, that living matter that moves slowly, unstoppably, and transforms everything it touches, this fabric carries the energy of Guatemala's volcanoes directly into the spaces you inhabit. Burning orange. Deep black. The texture of something that cooled but never lost its force. #landmark2026 #revstudio #findustofindyou by @revstudio.design
Beauty survives what time cannot. El Hipódromo del Sur once held the equestrian energy of an entire city. What remains now holds something quieter, the particular dignity of a structure that refused to disappear completely. We placed our Diana Round table among its ruins not to contrast with the decay, but to commune with it. A new object in conversation with a very old story. Guatemala builds things that outlast their purpose. So do we. #landmark2026 #revstudio #findustofindyou by @revstudio.design
Behind it, one of the most emblematic buildings of Guatemala's civic center. In front of it, the whole country. Our Rev Icon, the Curved Babe Sofa that started everything, upholstered in sky blue velvet and placed in front of the Banco de Guatemala. The bank's lines — geometric, monumental, inscribed with Efraín Recinos's glyphs — find in the sofa's curve their perfect counterpoint. Architecture inspires. Design responds. This is Landmark. #landmark2026 #revstudio #findustofindyou by @revstudio.design
