There are many things to factor in when you're on your search for land.

Generally sites are on the flatter side or the hilly side.

Both options have their pros and cons but design aspects can change significantly depending on your site.

We design our projects to suit the sites and work with the local environment as opposed to making the site fit the design.

Don't rule out a fixer upper In your housing searches.

There are many benefits to fixer uppers for example.

* You can get the worst house in the best street in an area that may be more suitable.
* In some cases there are minimal to no Council requirements.
* With blood, sweat and tears you can complete alot of the works on you're own.

Contact us to receive our free PDF in depth guide for all you need to know if you're looking at a fixer upper.

Approved for DA a two weeks ago. Now onto the engineering team to work on getting this structure suitable for construction.

This will be the best luxury farmstay accommodation in the Riverina. Fully off grid, views in every direction and peace and quiet.

Massive shout out to Colby Farmer from CAF building & planning consultancy for assisting on the project and getting this through.

This project could qualify for 'The Block' slowly getting the existing building together. Then moving onto the proposed designs.

A luxury accommodation. Rurally located, sitting on top of a magnificent hill with views like no other. Patiently waiting for some good news through the local council. I will share more details in the near future. For now a little teaser.

Cheers to Kev for the brilliant render 👌
