Some progress with an E36 M3 turbo project that we are building for a customer. There's an equal length exhaust manifold with a @lensupowershop HX43 turbo and some goodies from @kenaxbillet like a girdle in the bottom end and a billet flange for intake manifold!

160000 km and a BMW G30 540i clutch drum in a ATC13-1 transfer box looks like this. New drum + clutch set and it works like it is supposed to work!

Challenge accepted! A friend of mine asked if I could do something to a completely seized cam housing. So, after a few hours of planning and machining, there's a custom line boring equipment to fix this. The result is pretty good and the engine is running again!😎

This beautiful BMW M4 Cabriolet got some maintenance and upgrades lately! There's now a new timing chain kit + oil pump chain kit, ACL rod bearings, upgraded Mosselman crank hub, TTH-800 turbochargers, M5 injectors, CTS cooler and Active Autowerks 4" midpipe with catless downpipes.😎 It's running MHD Stage 2+ software now, but soon to be with Flexfuel and more powahhh!😍

Together with @rewonmotors we made this twin turbo setup for an S65B40 swapped Z4 Roadster. My part was this full-billet triple-plenum intake and ITB delete flanges. @rewonmotors made the turbo setup, turbo manifolds, IC, piping and exhaust.

We usually don't do rust repairs anymore, but this one needed to be done. A Mitsubishi Evolution V rear frame was so rusted, that it had to be replaced with new OE parts. Removed the old ones, sandblasted everything, welded the new ones, sandblasted more and then painted everything with epoxy primer and urethane topcoat. Inner parts of frames are also painted with epoxy and then rust protected.😊

A poor N52 had sucked a broken belt through its crank front end seal. Remainings of the belt ended up clogging an oil pick-up pipe.😣
