🌿✨ A little recap of something truly special… our FIRST EVER Sound Bath at Cerbo’s Greenhouse! 🤍🧘‍♀️

Surrounded by lush greenery, beautiful energy, and the most incredible souls, we took a moment to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply be.

There’s something magical about coming together in a space where you don’t have to do, fix, or figure anything out. Just close your eyes, soften your shoulders, and allow yourself to receive. ✨

My heart is so full of gratitude to Cerbo’s for welcoming me to share this experience and to everyone who showed up with an open heart. 🌱

Here’s to more moments of stillness, connection, and coming home to ourselves. 🕊️

End of August in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware with the family & Baby Izzy’s first Vacation!!! We loved the beach, walking around and exploring the shops, eating the local food, but most of all just grateful that we get to make these memories together as a family. So much time flies by but we will keep these memories in our hearts as a piece of time cherished together. I wish I could tell my younger self that it’s all going to work out, that your baby is coming, that there is no pressure to “make it happen”. To all the “old Moms” out there or girls that feel pressure to have a baby - trust the timing of the universe and that everything you are doing right now is exactly what you are supposed to be doing. by @reynacakes17

Finishing out the summer with a few more adventures… I remember going here as a kid and I am so happy I could share these memories with my baby too. The land of make believe was perfect for her at this age but there is so much more to do also! Can’t wait to go back when she is a little bigger and do all the rides together! She loved the Dino ride and the police car this time, and ofc the water park! Thanks Abu for coming with us!! @abfrisch by @reynacakes17

There’s a quote that says, “When you become a Mom, you meet time.” And I don’t think I’ve ever felt anything more deeply.

I can’t believe my little baby is already 3. She’s no longer a baby… she’s officially a “big girl, Mama.” 🥹

Lately, she tells me that she is the Mama and I’m the baby. And the other day she told me she was “Grandma Nanny,” which made me smile so big—and made me even more sure that my Mom is here with us, in all the little ways, every single day. 🤍

At three, my girl is full of magic. She loves princesses—especially Elsa, Ariel, Cinderella, and of course, Moana. She loves her pink bunny, Bluey, Peppa Pig, and all of her “mankets”—Goose’s manket, Teddy manket, and Rainbow manket. 🐰🌈

She loves jumping in muddy puddles, riding her scooter, and taking her babies Izzy and Kelly for walks in their stroller. She got her very first haircut on her 3rd birthday, and she can sing her ABCs, count to 20, name all her colors, and most of her shapes.

But more than anything, I’m proud of the little person she is becoming—curious, loving, silly, imaginative, strong, and so completely herself.

I am SO, SO proud of this beautiful little girl. And I love every single moment I get to be her Mama. She is everything I have ever wished for and more. 🤍

Three years of you, my sweet girl. Three years of watching time move far too quickly.

And if there’s one thing I hope you always know, it’s this:

It’s always going to work out. And somehow, it will be even better than you could ever dream.
