Did this mini research on the creative economy last year. Went back to fact-check it and a few of the numbers had changed, so I updated them accordingly 😗✌🏽

I’m not a numbers person AT ALL - but if you’re building a creative business here in Malaysia , it kinda helps to know how big the space you’re in actually is

Soooo I used to think I was a creative entrepreneur - turns out, I was just really good (or not oops) at delivering creative projects for my clients

I have the projects, but not really the systems - which then prompted me to looking beyond the creative work and actually teach myself on how to run a creative studio, anddd that’s when things started changing

Better clients | Better margins | More income = moneh💵🤑
Same day-2-day tasks, just everything else around it changed

A little reintroduction, as I’ve been getting some new followers lately

I’ve spent the last two years figuring out what I actually want to build, what kind of work I want to do, and ultimately, the kind of legacy I want to leave behind

For me, creativity has never really been just about making cool visuals, cool designs and calling it a day

My background has allowed me to explore what happens when creative thinking meets business, technology, personal development, and the process of actually building something from scratch

So I’m turning my previously private, personal IG page into a space that reflects that journey

The things I’m building
The things I’m learning
The experiments that work
The ones that don’t
And probably a few things I’m still trying to figure out

If you’re an aspiring creative entrepreneur, or even just someone trying to figure out what the hell you’re doing with your life, stick around

As a certified coconut Malayalee (brown on the outside, white-washed on the inside), my ultimate survival strategy at every family function is to just nod aggressively and say “adhe” (meaning: yes) to literally everything. Still works every single time 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↔️

And somehow, that turned into this hoodie. Never posted the final render until now 😮‍💨
