We’re all adults here… allegedly. 🤫

To keep RFRM/OUT running smoothly:

✓ Be kind. Manners cost nothing.
✓ Be on time. The reformer waits for no one.
✓ Respect the space. It’s pretty, let’s keep it that way.
✓ Respect the team + your fellow RFRM/OUT girlies.
✓ Phone away. Your glutes called, they want your attention.
✓ Bring good energy. Leave the drama at the door!

RFRM/OUT MANNERS… You know the drill. 🔥 by @rfrm_out

STRENGTH IS MORE THAN WHAT YOU LIFT.

November is a reminder that men’s health goes beyond the physical. 🖤

Pilates isn’t just for women. Created by a man, Joseph Pilates, it’s a practice that challenges both the body and mind.

For men, reformer Pilates can help to:

▪️ Build deep core strength and stability
▪️ Improve mobility, flexibility and posture
▪️ Develop balance, coordination and body control
▪️ Enhance body awareness and movement quality
▪️ Support stress management through controlled breathing and mindful movement

Whether you’re lifting weights, running, playing football or simply looking to move better, Pilates can complement your training and help you build a stronger, more resilient body.

Because strength isn’t just about how much you can lift. It’s also about taking care of yourself, mentally and physically.

TRAIN YOUR BODY. CLEAR YOUR MIND. BREAK THE STIGMA.

This November, let’s redefine what strength looks like.

We asked our clients one simple question: WHY DO YOU SHOW UP? 🖤

Their answers are a reminder that movement means something different to everyone.

Some come for the physical strength. Some for the mental reset. Some to challenge themselves. And some simply to take a moment out of their busy lives to do something for THEMSELVES.

And that’s the beauty of it.

Behind every person who walks through our doors is a different story, a different journey and a different reason for showing up.

Whatever your WHY, we hope RFRM/OUT becomes a space where you feel stronger, more confident and proud of what your body can do.

Because showing up for yourself will always be worth it.

Different reasons. One community. Stronger together. 🖤

THIS IS RFRM/OUT.

YOUR PLACE IS HERE. YOUR NEXT CHAPTER STARTS NOW. 🤍

Maybe you’ve been waiting until you feel fitter. Until you feel stronger. Until you feel confident enough to walk through our doors.

What if you didn’t have to wait for the right moment?

At RFRM/OUT, you don’t have to arrive knowing what you’re doing. You don’t have to be the most flexible, the strongest or the most experienced person in the room.

You just have to show up.

We’ll take care of the rest.

Through every shaky first rep, every small win and every moment you surprise yourself, we’re here to support you. Not just as you move, but as you grow in confidence, find your strength and discover what you’re capable of.

Because this was never meant to be about fitting in. It’s about finding a space where you can be completely yourself, feel part of something and leave a little stronger than when you arrived.

And if you’ve been waiting for a sign to start, let this be it.

Throughout October, you can experience RFRM/OUT for just £10 per session. Your first step doesn’t need to be a big one. It just needs to be yours.

Come curious. Come nervous. Come exactly as you are.

We’ll save you a space. You bring yourself.

Book your £10 October session via the link in our bio.

Welcome to RFRM/OUT. Your people are here.
