From the hills of Lynchburg to the heart of Quantico 🇺🇸

This past weekend, the Poolees of RSS Lynchburg stepped onto one of the biggest stages in the state—the Annual Poolee Competition—and proved exactly what discipline, grit, and teamwork look like. Competing against the best, they pushed past limits, embraced the grind, and earned their place at the top… 🥇 FIRST PLACE.

But it wasn’t just about winning. These future Marines had the opportunity to meet Marine Corps Drill Instructors face-to-face, gaining a firsthand look at the standard they’re preparing to uphold. They also walked through the Marine Corps Museum, connecting with the legacy, sacrifice, and history they’re about to become a part of.

This is what it means to commit. This is what it means to earn it.

“The pain you feel today will be the strength you carry tomorrow.”

If you’re ready to challenge yourself, to be part of something bigger, and to earn the title—now is your time.

This year, I was humbled and honored to be named Rookie Recruiter of the Year 🏆 — a title that didn’t come easy. Behind that award were long nights 🌙, missed dinners 🍽️, early mornings 🌅, and moments where the grind felt endless. But every challenge, every sacrifice, and every ounce of dedication was worth it 💯.
Tonight, I finally took a moment to step back and reflect 🧠 — to look at the journey, the obstacles, the lessons, and the victories that shaped my first year on recruiting duty. And when I did, I realized just how successful, impactful, and meaningful this year truly was 🙏🔥.
To every poolee who trusted me… to every family who opened their door… to every Marine who guided me… thank you. This award isn’t just mine — it’s ours 🤝❤️.
If you’re out there debating your next move, wondering if you’re capable of more, or questioning whether you have what it takes — reach out 📲. The journey might be tough, but greatness is built in the grind 💪🔥. And I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
Let’s build your path. Let’s create your future. Let’s get after it. 🚀

RSS LYNCHBURG POOLEES 🫡🔥Went out there and never gave up ❗️Saturday Pool Function , fighting for their teams ! Moving as a team ❗️Winning as a team ‼️Just a small taste of what is to come 💯
They conducted the Square Gauntlet, where did a series of exercises as a team , making sure their individual teams would cross together ( NO ONE LEFT BEHIND MENTALITY )
These young men took that challenge and accepted the challenge for their Future ‼️🦅🌎⚓️

🚨🚨“Recruiting duty isn’t easy—long days, tough conversations, and constant pressure. But every time I see someone step onto the yellow footprints because of a conversation 🔥🔥we had, I’m reminded why I do this. The impact I make today builds the Corps of tomorrow. That’s what makes it all worth it.” #ragbelike taken in Marine Corps Base Quantico by @rg.22_
