🥋 THE PROGRESS OF OUR KIDS ACADEMY

Watching our Kids Academy develop has been incredible.

Starting from age 5 and upwards, our students are learning skills that once seemed way beyond their years.

They’re becoming confident from standing, developing real knowledge of throws and takedowns and understanding how to control an opponent safely.

Their submission knowledge is progressing too. Some of our youngsters can recognise opportunities and finish techniques incredibly quickly.

But the biggest progress isn’t always technical.

We’ve watched some of the shyest children become some of the most outgoing on the mats.

Their confidence grows.

Their ability to listen, learn and retain information grows.

They become willing to try things they once thought were too difficult.

And eventually, “I can’t do that” starts disappearing from their vocabulary.

Nothing feels impossible when they understand that every skill can be learned one step at a time.

That is what makes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu so powerful for children. They aren’t simply learning BJJ — they’re learning how to learn, how to overcome challenges and how to believe in their own ability.

Our Kids Academy is progressing incredibly, and this could be the perfect time for your child to become part of it.
