Yo, Groovy People! ⚙️ This Friday, October 16, we're bringing like-minded people together at Groovy Tunes to turn Unclave into one giant self-winding musical clockwork machine, where each and every one of you is an essential part of the mechanism!
On this very day back in 1923, British inventor John Harwood filed a patent for his self-winding wristwatch, an invention that came remarkably close to what we might call a perpetual motion machine.
Just as his watch winds itself through the movement of its wearer, our musical machine is powered by the movement of the dancefloor. And you are the ones who keep it running!
So, wind up everything you've got, get those gears turning, and make sure you're in the right place at the right time!
Let's get the gears moving! ⚙️

What's up?! Halloween week coming on Friday, October 30, we're delighted to welcome DIREKT and COSMJN two iconic figures of the Rominimal scene, known to lovers of intelligent electronic music around the world, to Koh Phangan! Straight from the depths of Bucharest, these two real-life Counts Dracula of the minimal underground are joining us for a rather unusual night!

Both artists have spent over a decade shaping their own paths through the international underground scene, becoming sought-after names at carefully curated underground parties worldwide, where proper music matters more than hype. Their productions have found homes on respected labels including Atipic, Botanic Minds, Uvar, Nervous Records, PlayedBy, Eastenderz, Dynamis Records and Radial Records.

Their musical journeys have taken them to major festivals including Sunwaves, Electric Castle, The Air House, I Land Sound and Katlan, and iconic underground venues such as Fabric, Hoppetosse, Watergate, Guesthouse, D-Edge and Supermarket.

A curious combination of experiments and experiences!

This time, Unclave transforms into a rather questionable experimental institute dedicated to exploring human consciousness, the body, time and telekinesis. Expect strange machinery, paranormal phenomena, suspicious scientific procedures and unpredictable results.

Mad scientists, experimental subjects, paranormal creatures and other suspicious personalities are especially welcome.

Hey ya! 👾 On Friday, October 2, Groovy Tunes brings together lovers of intelligent groove, perfect combinations, and things falling into place to fill the open space of Unclave and get that little dopamine rush when every piece of our building material fits perfectly in shape, time and space.
Like Tetris pieces, we squeeze in a little closer, fill every empty spot, build one solid and confident structure, and move on to the next level.

The main rule is simple: leave no empty spaces.

Think late ’80s to early ’90s, the era of the original Tetris.
Geometry, bright colors, tracksuits, vintage track jackets, denim, and anything that could have existed inside the good old Tetris universe are highly encouraged.

Nechkin, for those who don’t know, is one of those unmistakable artists on the electronic scene, with a solid history of touring, performances, and both vinyl and digital releases behind him.
He’s been adding his own flavor to our crew for years now with his unique approach, sound, and original material, leaving a strong impression every single time.

And Feed The Lizard is heading off to Australia for an indefinite amount of time to feed lizards and all kinds of other creatures. So we strongly recommend not missing the chance to catch him before he disappears into the Australian wilderness for a while.

What’s up, Groovy People! Well, Groovy Tunes hit 6 years old on Friday, September 18!

All these years, we’ve been creating this magical celebration for body and soul together, and you are an essential part of everything that happens here. At every party, each of you brings a piece of yourself, blends into the collective energy, and becomes part of an experience that keeps growing year after year, gathering new layers with every meeting.
We’re endlessly grateful to everyone who has been, is, and will continue to be part of these celebrations that, in our own way, we believe make the world a little better.

And for this special night, we’re presenting a real Time Machine powered by ethereal musical fuel. It will carry us through different fragments of time and space, to a place where familiar chronology stops working and every era exists at once.
So that during this journey we cannot only experience the moment from within, but also see ourselves from the outside, the space around us will be covered in Chrome. It will become a kind of mirror for our journey, allowing us for a moment to see ourselves as part of the shared experience while watching its reflection unfold around us.
