Celebrating @peggy.hayes for being celebrated by her colleagues. She’s an amazing leader and employee at @northern_illinois_university. I’m so happy that she’s able to be recognized for all of her hard work! Congrats sweetheart by @rgooden

Happy birthday to the love of my life, Peggy.

You make everyone around you better. A great mom. Wonderful daughter. A GG the grandbabies adore. A leader people trust at work. And to me — the most patient, caring, driven woman I’ve ever known.

You’ve always been supportive. You always see the best in people, including me. I don’t take a single day of it for granted.

I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you. And I hold onto the dream of the day you get to love my kids up close, the same way you already love them from a distance.

You deserve all the greatness today and every day. I love you, sweetheart . Happy birthday. by @rgooden

Sometimes you just have to stop and take in the view. ⚡️
Watching the sky light up tonight was incredible. There is something deeply majestic about the quiet moments right before the thunder hits, when the entire sky just glows. Reminds you of how small we are and how powerful nature can be. by @rgooden

I'm always thankful when I have the opportunity to represent @usavolleyball, @volleyballnationsleague and
@nccwomensvb. This year I'm finally trying to take pics and chronicle what I can. Let me start with some of 5/6 of the coaches participating. @karchkiralyofficial @gianox70
