Went to another city, Keren (means highland), the 2nd largest in Eritrea. Home to the Bilen, Tigre and Tigrinya people. Also palyed a very prominent role historically and culturally. Once an important commercial hub but suffered during World War II and the Eritrean-Ethiopian war.

Another late post. ⏱️

Went for a day trip to Massawa, a city which played a very important role in Eritrea's history. It lies at the northern Red Sea coast and its port was coveted by the Portuguese, Ottomans, Egyptians, Italians, and Ethiopians (in different centuries).

The People 🇪🇷
They have the sweetest smiles, kind hearts, polite, and so nice to whoever they meet. One of the best people i have ever met. Oh and the kids!! They're just too lovely!!

Zone 2 Run (IYKYK or just google it)

Been training on Z2 for a few months now. I have grasped the patience that go along with it. Spicing it up with a new skill -- dribbling a ball while running. I think i'm rounding into shape, so to say!!

March updates ...that no one asked for 😂
• New Deadlift PR at 125kgs
• Bench Press is 10kgs heavier (40lgs) . This is one of my weakest workouts among all!!
• Grip strength has greatly improved (especially with single arm dead hang)
• Power Cleans are better (but still need to work on my form)
• Pistol Squats!!! Ticked off the bucket list lol
• VO2 max is slowly rising again. IYKYK. Significantly dropped last Dec when i was travelling. Managed to get it 2 points up last Feb and another this March. Target is to reach that purple bar.
