The way your body feels at night can have a huge impact on the quality of your sleep.

Pyjamas that don’t move with your body can make you feel restricted and trigger your nervous system into alert mode.

And when your body is in alert mode you don’t fall into a deep sleep and can wake up suddenly.

Choosing the right fabric and fit for your pyjamas can change the quality of your sleep, and ultimately the mood you wake up in the morning ☀️

First ever launch of our sleepwear range is COMING IN OCTOBER!

Made for comfort and ease, supporting your body through night sweats and hot flushes too!

To all my hot sleeper sisters and night sweaters!

Time to listen up.

Your pyjamas play a big part in how well you sleep… and how good you can feel the next morning ☀️

It’s time to switch to sleepwear that works FOR your body, not against it.

Coming soon!

When it comes to your morning mood, the fabric you slept in for the last 8 hours matters more than you realise.

For women experiencing perimenopause symptoms such as night sweats and hot flushes, a good night sleep is usually one of the things you crave the most (and need for basic human functioning!)

Our naturally sweat wicking pyjamas specifically designed for women in midlife helps keep you drier and more comfortable through night sweats so you wake up feeling refreshed!

I had the chance to sit down with one of our beautiful models to ask her honest thoughts about our new sleepwear 🤍

This is one of my favourite moments of building Rhea & Co - seeing in real life how our products can help women in midlife who need a simple solution to night sweats.

Thank you @lorenaberriosboada for being part of this special day! 🫶🏻
