People around asking me why I post my workout sessions and what my purpose is for. What you’re seeing is something that I’m about to share my journeys to get into it.

This year as time goes forward and half way towards the end of the year, it came to my mind that nothing hasn’t changed in me and the way my appearance hasn’t built I’ve decided to get myself back into workout sessions. In mid May I’ve started the first day getting back into it, I was struggling cause my body is not use to it cause it’s been awhile the last thing I remember getting back into workout ever since I was an athlete and it stopped me. Now I’m just focusing on my life and trying to start putting a change. Something that the Lord spoke to me was that I have to try and commit to it. At first I couldn’t cause it was challenging and difficult but in my mind I couldn’t hold myself back and do it.

I was weight at 165 back in May, and where I am now I’ve gained 15 pounds in the last 4 months of progress and weight at 180 which I didn’t even think it’s possible but I’ve made it possible. The lord has answered my prayers.

I’m slowly processing and have a long journey ahead but in time couldn’t thank everyone for the support and for those with advice and opinions really changed in me. I felt differently and sore in a way but generally didn’t think I have the potential in me. 3rd YA Retreat!

It’s been awhile posting and kept all the updates since my absence but this year I wanted to share with y’all what’s been going on through my time. This year I’m so honored and grateful 3 years going to this retreat truly meant something the Lord called upon me to go with my ministry. Every year I’m growing, learning, and challenging myself how I can walk with the Lord wherever I go, how to listen, and keep growing as an adult through my time of this season. I’m thankful that I’m able to continue on my relationship with the Lord has blessed me through this trip. My time of this season has been special to me and I’m grateful that my journey has kept me going on and on and blessed to see my heart moving towards Jesus and kept my eyes on seeking through Him.

When I feel weaken and hurt he touched me and rescued me cause He said to me that we’re running this race together. As I reflect on my time and age as I get older and older my heart will not fadeaway from God that my heart will not be cold again. God has so much more plans for me this upcoming season and I’m staying patient with Him for He has in store. I’m blessed to say God has done so much for me and what kept me stronger and I have a life that’s not broken! To my family and my close friends I’m always thankful and grateful for all the encouragement and support and an army I’m surrounded by everyone has my back whenever I’m not at my best but meant a lot. To my lord and savior jesus I love you and thankful for being a magnificent Father! ❤️🥹

Thank you everyone for all the support and prayers! Everything went smoothly and settled in! God has blessed me through my prayers and time. Lastly to my family for raising me and looking after me through my ups and downs. I promise to look after myself and making the right decisions and choices. Through my reflection, time, and all the memories I’ve put into. 2025 has been really truly been special this year and wanted to reflect How God has been so so special and putting a lot of wonderful memories that reflected me the good times. I don’t know where to begin or where to start but I’m thankful for all the memories, journeys I’ve been, and to my family and my army of friends I’m surrounded with. God has been faithful and always been in my footsteps wherever I’m at.

Through my time I’m so grateful this year has been filled with blessings, joy, love, and happiness through my time and I would keep running it back again next upcoming 2026. Time goes so fast and I cannot imagine 2025 is coming to a close soon. But as I share this time of the year wanted to wish to all of my brothers and sisters, to my family a HAPPY NEW YEAR! Thank you for all the memories and times I’ve got to spend time with and having the best time of my life.

Lastly to give my all of my glory to God for being in my journeys for He is my Lord and savior, and always putting my relationship to Jesus for all of the eternity, and to say THANK YOU JESUS for this season and looking forward to upcoming season 2026 and for all the plannings to prepare for. As said LOVE YOU ALL!! Sending love and prayers and always to ride with y’all anytime anywhere!! 🥹❤️

Throughout the years, I’m super grateful and thankful for my community God has done from the first day I walked back to His kingdom! To my squad for the companionship, love, courage, and serving each other! So much memories and more God made a fruitful life where I am surrounded at. His prayers, have been answered and blessed me through my days. Thank you lord for turning my life upside down! God has been faithful to me and I’m beyond blessed to have an army around me.

Reflection: I was reminded how to be thankful for what He has done for me through my journeys. I’m thankful God build my life the day I met Jesus, even it’s so hard to be the meaning of becoming a Christian as Jesus my Lord and savior. But now God is my friend, the creator I imagine to see. God made me bold and whole through my time growing and receiving His love, grace, and courage. Through day by day, time after time, I’m growing, learning, and taking step by step, as an adult to grow, patience and to be brave.

To my family, thank you for always supporting me and raising me, always looking after me whenever I need help, guidance. To my friends I made from the past to the presence times have change and I’m thankful to have a community that’s Home! Lastly to God thank you for building my life, turning my life around, for you are almighty, worthy above all, and building my strength to be strong!
