I am extremely blessed and excited to announce I will be furthering my academic and athletic journey at the University of Mount Olive playing division 2 softball and majoring in agricultural education! First, I want to thank God for listening to my prayers and giving me this amazing opportunity to continue playing the sport I love at a school that already feels like home. I would like to thank everyone who has helped me through this process, prayed over me and supported me every step of the way. Thank you to the UMO coaches for believing in me and giving me a chance. Thank you to all the coaches who have pushed me over the years and gotten me where I needed to be to make sure I was prepared for this moment. Thank you to every teammate I who has pushed me to be the best me and helped me through the ups and downs on the field and off the field. The mentors/players who have inspired me with how they play the game and made me dream of the possibility of home runs and college softball. Thank you to all of my family and family friends who have been in the stands from t-ball to senior year, it has meant so much to know I have so many loving people in my corner, who always cheer the loudest. Thank you to my grandparents for making the effort to come to every game/tournament; I can always count on you three to show up for me. Thank you to Uncle Pete and Gams, who aren’t physically with me but I feel every time I play. Thank you to my big brother for pushing me even when you were the last person I wanted to hear it from, it always meant the most coming from you. Last but not least, I would especially like to thank my mom and dad for the sacrifices they have made to be there for me no matter what. From sitting out in all types of weather, spending countless hours in the car, and always making sure I had everything I needed to be successful. They are definitely the reason I am the person and ball player I am today. I can’t begin to explain the joy I have in my heart to continue to play the sport that has helped me get through some of the hardest times in my life. Go Trojans! 🤍💚

Losing Dasher was one of the hardest things I’ve had to go through. I miss him more than life it’s self and when he left this earth a little part of my heart went with him. I will forever love him and miss him. But, as of yesterday we welcomed this gorgeous puppy to our family and I couldn’t be happier.
