🩷💚 OUR VOICE. OUR VOTE. OUR POWER! 🗳️
DAY 3: KNOW WHAT’S ON YOUR BALLOT!
Today, we’re highlighting the proposed PROPERTY TAX LEVY LIMIT AMENDMENT.
🏡 Property taxes help support local services, including schools, public safety, libraries, and community resources.
📌 What would change?
The proposed amendment would require state lawmakers to establish limits on increases in local property-tax levies, with possible exceptions.
It does not establish a specific percentage limit or guarantee that an individual homeowner’s tax bill will decrease.
💡 YOUR COMMUNITY. YOUR FUTURE. YOUR VOTE!
Take time to understand what is on your ballot and why it matters. VOTE EARLY 10/15-10/31
🗳️ Election Day: November 3, 2026

DAY 2: KNOW WHAT’S ON YOUR BALLOT!
Today, we’re taking a closer look at the proposed VOTER PHOTO ID CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT.
📌 What would change?
North Carolina already requires photo identification for in-person voting and absentee-by-mail voting, subject to exceptions.
This amendment would expand the language of the state Constitution to cover ALL voters, including those voting by mail.
💡 DON’T JUST VOTE—VOTE INFORMED!
EARLY VOTING October 15th - 31st
Know the requirements, review the proposed amendment, and encourage your family and friends to do the same.

🩷💚 OUR VOICE. OUR VOTE. OUR POWER! 🗳️
KNOW WHAT’S ON YOUR BALLOT!
As we travel the road for early voting October 15th-31st, Rho Psi Omega is helping our community understand the three proposed amendments to the North Carolina Constitution.
📌 TODAY’S FOCUS: THE INCOME TAX CAP
This amendment would lower the constitutional maximum income tax rate from 7% to 3.5%.
What does that mean? It would limit future tax increases, but it would NOT automatically lower your tax bill.
🗳️ Early Voting Begins:October 15th
Election Day: November 3
