"Our debut @rhythm.addicts Album is officially in circulation and our release show was an absolute blast!! Words can't describe how grateful I am for everyone that helped to make that night so special for us!! Physical copies of the album are now available shipped directly to you; if you would like one, please PayPal a minimum of $13 to rhythmaddictrecords@gmail.com via Friends & Family with your shipping address in the comments, and we will send one out to you! Our digital distribution process seems to be lagging behind, so we will announce each platform release as they are made available over the next week or so. Thank you all so much for being a part of this journey -- we quite literally couldn't do this without the incredible support that we have and couldn't be more grateful! See you all in May for @throwdownonthelowdown !!!"

"Ten days until the release of the new @rhythm.addicts record; Impromptus Jamonymous Vol.1! This record is 100% improvised and features some of my favorite musicians; Brandon Little on Drums (@brandon.christopher_ ), Dave Heagerty on Sax (@davethewave28 ), Mitch Schenk on guitar (@mitchytwohands ), Cody Gordon on guitar (@codyj.gordon ) and Tre Diggs on Percussion (@tredogg355 ). It was recorded live at the iconic @castlebamstudios by the homies Jamie Brown ( ridiculousbrown ), @chrisweyh and @jessmargera . This album is a truly authentic music experience containing both magical moments and some hairy flubs that really makes it's listeners feel like you're in the room riding the wave with us. It was an incredibly therapeutic session that was much needed after an extensive adventure across the US and back. It is dedicated to the most brilliant friend I ever had, Devon Bodak, who put me on to some really influential music at a young age, and to my middle school music teacher, Susan Knipel, who knew I was going to be a musician before I even knew I was and who fostered that creative ember she had seen. Without either of them, this record would've never happened. I will be mailing out physical copies to anyone that would like to support the music which will help me pay for the next Rhythm Addicts record I will be recording and releasing soon in the year to come. Can't wait to share it with you all 🤘🤘"

A Polaroid from one of Joe's Shows at the start of this year... I think this was my first show with the fretless. It feels like a lifetime ago, crazy to think it hasn't even been a year. So much has happened in such a small time and it really is crazy just how things can change. I've always considered myself incredibly lucky since most of my dreams in life have been manifested in one form or another. It's actually hard to believe sometimes, if I were to tell the me in this picture all the things that would happen in the time between us, he wouldn't believe them. I know the last thing any of us need is another woke social media chump trying to tell us how we ought to live.. but Life truly is a gift, and every day above the ground is a blessing. So don't squander it away worrying about things that ultimately don't matter, as so many of us, myself included, tend to do. Allegedly, you only get one.

What's up, Gang?? Our entire @karnivalofthearts San Diego performance at @thecolonysd in Jacumba is now Live on our SoundCloud page! For those of you that weren't able to make it out there to see us, or for those of you who would like to relive a performance from one of the raddest weekends ever, I have uploaded the raw unmixed board audio for everyone to have access to. Despite wanting to throw the stage manager from Jacumba's tallest rock formation, it turned out to be a really kick ass show and I was stoked that the guys from @sunsquabi got to rock out with us too!! Featured artists on this audio are myself on bass and Vocals, @thedavidkosterband on lead guitar, @tink.111 on Violin, @thebottomdrops on Drums, @ginnygogarty on vocals, @tredogg355 on Percussion, @carryon.son on guitar, as well as featured guests @brian.corry1 on the mic, and @samwise_bagshot_row on percussion !! Probably the most epic gig I've played yet, and the most epic adventure across the country and back. Click the link in my bio, and then click SoundCloud to listen in!!
