My first show. Proof that you don’t have to start when you’re ready. You just have to start. ✨

When I began prep, I only knew how to cook eggs and rice.

Didn’t know how to walk in heels.

Never did cardio (I hated it, hate pa rin pero may little love na 🤭)

Lost with my workout and nutrition.

If I had waited until I felt ready, I probably never would have started.

I’m glad I started anyway. 💚

Shoutout to Coach Nath who taught me tips and tricks on cooking. Chef @nnnarag 👨‍🍳

And to my prep mother / pageant coach, Coach Mina who made me Ms Universe 👸 @cptmina_fitnessaccount by @riaa.reals

This journey reminded me that the biggest win isn’t the achievement itself, but the person you become a long the way. ✨

I started this journey wanting to see what I was capable of, and came out with a stronger faith in God and myself, genuine friendships, and a heart full of gratitude.

Shoutout to these amazing queens that I got to share the stage with (and some became my sisters) 🥹

Serving you Filipina pride 🇵🇭💚

In this international competition, I’m paying homage to my roots with our national flower, the Sampaguita.

Delicate petals, emerald realness, and a Filipina who came to bloom. 🌸

They say you don’t compete against anyone, it’s You vs. You.

For me, it’s not about competing with others, and not competing with myself either.

I don’t try to “beat” myself, I BUILD myself. I make myself better. I cheer myself on. I’m my biggest fan. 🥹

Every past version is not someone I need to defeat. She’s someone who got me here, and all the past versions of me are cheering for the person I am becoming everyday.

For me, it’s You AND You. 💚 by @riaa.reals

When you get clear on what you want, give your all, and trust God with the journey, He will place the right people in your path.

God surrounded me with people who brought out the best in me. Not everyone made it into these photos, but I’ll never forget the love and support you gave me in my season 1 🥹🤍

My family, my ninangs, Kath, Chai, Thea, Timi, Kim, Gian, Coach North, Coach Riri, Sharie, Reg, Karl, RJ, Ms. Jingle, Sir Chris, Ms. Rhils, Dom & Nicole, Jeck & Aiah, Emzee, Mio, Kirsten, Aubrey, Peter, my other gym friends, and my bikini sisters.
