The Biggest Blessing We Could Ask For by @riah.ijai

The twins are currently dealing with iron deficiency anemia, something that runs in my family. I have it, my mom has it, and my grandma had it. 🩷 We don't know yet if theirs is genetic or just related to them being premature, but iron deficiency anemia can have a family connection.
This week, the girls had spinal taps to rule out meningitis and also received blood transfusions. Thankfully, every test so far has come back NEGATIVE. 🙏🏾✨
We're still waiting on their thyroid test results. If those come back negative too, the next step will be an MRI. Please keep our little warriors in your prayers as we continue searching for answers and trusting God through every step. 💕 #nicubabies #motherhoodjourney #preemiestrong #IronDeficiencyAwareness by @riah.ijai

We are so thankful for everyone who came from near and far to celebrate us and our babies—it truly meant so much to share that special moment with you.
We also want to extend our gratitude to those who couldn’t attend but still reached out with kind words and thoughtful gifts sent to our home. Your love and support have not gone unnoticed, and we appreciate each and every one of you.
A special thank you to my mom for putting everything together and bringing my ideas to life. by @riah.ijai

Saturday Night ✌🏾We had so much fun at Dopamine Land💚😝 by @riah.ijai

5.26 - I said Yes!!! 💐

This was one of the happiest and best birthday weekends I've had in a long time. It was both intimate and special and filled with laughter and happy tears.

I am an investigator🕵️🏾‍♀️.
Quentin and my family got me good.

- I was suspicious about the dress. Quentin insisted I wear this long sleeve denim dress which I was concerned about messing up while painting (I was definitely about to wear jeans and a cute top 🤣).

- I was suspicious about the "no neon colors" request from Quentin. He helps me pick out colors, but "anything but neon"🥲 I was sad but my nail tech never disappoints.

- I knew some of my family was attending and there would be music and wine for my birthday. "The host" had to push back the paint and sip event to Sunday because it kept raining. What I didn’t know was that the paint and sip host was actually an event planner and that this event was for our engagement. The “big red arch” as I referred to it from afar (I need glasses so bad😂). I thought it was for some other event because there were a lot of families down there. I went through a series of emotions when I saw Quentin standing under the red heart from laughter to instant ugly crying. by @riah.ijai
