POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Well… that’s a wrap. 🙏🏼🥲🫶🏼

A couple days ago I packed up my station, took one last look around, and officially closed this chapter at Aura Tattoo Studio, for now.

These photos pretty much sum it all up: rainy slow days spent painting, art nights, fun events, filming goofy promo videos, sunsets that somehow always hit, Nova 🐶 making her rounds as the real boss of the shop, and a whole lot of laughs with some pretty awesome people!🙏🏼

Big shoutout to @jameshallcreative for creating a space where artists could grow, make cool stuff, and genuinely enjoy showing up every day. Thank you for believing in me, pushing me to keep creating outside of tattooing, and finally convincing me to give oil painting a shot. I definitely wouldn’t have expected to fall in love with it the way I did.🎨

And to everyone I got to work alongside, thanks for the laughs, the game nights, for always helping each other out, hyping each other up, and making work feel a lot less like work.

And to my amazing clients, thank you🫶🏼! Thank you for trusting me with your ideas, your projects, and so many pieces of your lives. Some of my favorite conversations happened while tattooing, and it always meant so much that you felt comfortable enough to be real, vulnerable, and share your stories with me. The human connection has always been just as rewarding as the creative side of this job, and it’s something I’ll carry with me forever. 🙏🏼
You all made this work so much more meaningful and so much more fun!

This isn’t a goodbye. Aura will always have a special place in my heart, and I’ll forever be grateful for the memories and the people.

This next chapter means I’m taking a little break from tattooing, but don’t worry. I’ll definitely be back to guest spot at Aura when the timing feels right.🫡😁

Love you guys. 🥹 See you around. 🖤 taken in Aura IV Tattoo and Fine Art by @riah.ink

The past few months have brought a lot of unexpected changes.

For the time being, I’m choosing to step away from tattooing and focus on what matters most.

Thank you to everyone who has supported my work, trusted me with your stories, and shown me so much patience and kindness along the way. It never goes unnoticed. 🙏🏼

I won’t be accepting new tattoo bookings until further notice, but I’ll share updates when I’m ready to return.

More in the slides. 🤍 by @riah.ink

Floral ornamental chest piece ✨
These are some of my favorite to create 🤭
Such a stunning way to adorn yourself, like wearing jewelry, but forever🤍

My client absolutely loves elephants and came in with a design she wanted tattooed.
I reworked it to make it more unique while keeping the original feel of her drawing 🐘✨

Last session with one of my OG clients before her big move 🥲
We filled in a few spots and merged two of my flash pieces for her sternum.
So grateful for the time we’ve had! Wishing you all the love in this next chapter 🫶🏼🤍! @mamalo.xo

My client wanted her sister’s eye tattooed as a surprise 🥹!
She originally thought about a star in the pupil, but we decided to frame the eye with a star instead to keep it as realistic as possible.
I’m so in love with how this turned out ✨
More pieces like this please 🙏🏼
