This year’s been a career milestone for me! It’s actually the first year I focused ONLY on Jhala.

Not many know this but when I started my own consultancy 5 years ago I also ventured into co-founding two other businesses at the same time and so the start of my entrepreneurial career was a bit HECTIC to say the least but I realised last year I couldn’t do it all at the same time for various reasons.

I stripped it right back & decided to focus on my WHY - my passions to work with founders to channel their visions and build successful online businesses. I’ve worked on how to improve these services for my clients and build a business model that works for me and my clients. This year wasn’t just about a rebrand, it was about redefining how I can make an impact in growing businesses.

There is still SO much to do & so much I didn’t achieve this year that I thought I would and that’s a daily battle for me BUT I did get to work with…

& one of my goals this year was to broaden my experience across more sectors to learn about a broader retail market and apply my skillset across the board and I’d say that was pretty good going :)

I got more experience & confidence this year & now this can only mean 2025 is going to be EPIC! 💪🏽✨

I took on a garden project. My neighbour called it the “revenge project” as a “I can do this without you” therapy session post a 5 month bathroom reno saga.

Took me 10 days with a couple hrs every evening but I think would’ve been weekend job easily.
