fun fact: teaching spin was my first full-time job after graduating uni.

while it’s taken a back seat through the years, teaching at @absolutecyclesingapore has been key in shaping my formative years as a coach.

from peranakan place (rip) to downtown gallery (also rip), to filming and teaching to an empty room and riding from home during covid to i12 katong, star vista and now 18 robinson…HAS IT BEEN 7 YEARS!? Ok maybe it has. gasp… 🫪

Women’s Pro Doubles Debut ✔️ @hyroxina

⏱️ 1:13:02 | AG 6th | OV 12th

A solid first step. Plenty of lessons, plenty more to give.

Thank you @pumasingapore for backing us and for the opportunity to race and represent 🇸🇬 overseas 💪🏼

And big hugs to @mandalyntan for bringing the youth to this pair of doubles 🤣 and for saying yes to the pro cat 🐱💪🏼 It truly takes two to tango (not just because it was a doubles race to begin with lol). From our much dreaded early morning outdoor track sessions to eventually running on the treads at Barry’s and still trying to convince ourselves we love running, thank you for being the best training buddy this season! Some times I catch myself thinking I actually do love running… 🫪 the gaslighting might have worked.

“WE LOVE RUNNING!”

GARMIN RUN 2026 | 6am flag off too early for Yakun so I had something metallic instead

The first two friendly faces i saw after crossing the finish line 🤭

A recap of the morning ☀️ 10km (or 9.87km) at a 5 min/km pace. Weather seemed alright to me, also just been awhile since I ran a proper 10k so this was much needed!
