Hi! I’ve been posting on this platform for ages, but never properly introduced myself since being a cycling girlie became my whole identity 💅

So here we go, this is me!

I’m sure Col du Tourmalet was a hard climb, but all I remember is how magical the views were cycling up there with golden hour 😮‍💨

Well, I guess it’s save to say summer is officially over - at least here in The Netherlands. And as we like to say, luckily we still have the pictures (and memories) 🤓

@friendswiththewind where are we going next? 😏

When you’ve visited Mallorca for the fourth time in 1,5 years, and mostly ride the stunning roads along the coastline (for obvious reasons), it’s maybe time to travel a bit more inlands. And so we did.

4 Monasteries, 4 climbs and surprisingly beautiful surroundings. Definitely recommend cycling up there. With the mandatory gas station stops of course 🫰nothing beats a banana and some extra energy to get you going on the next climb 👀

Total loop: 100 km
Altitude meters: 1425

Such a lovely day. Riding on fresh tarmac on the Orient climb, meeting new friends, cold drinks from the local bar and cycling back with the most beautiful light on Coll de Sóller. Oh, and cows, always stopping for fluffy cows 🥹

Mallorca vibes 🌸

And finally bumped in to the famous pink wall on our way to Sa Coma 💅

[EN] Mallorca has a certain kind of magic. It’s in the roads, the light, the people and the small places that bring it all together. A reminder that cycling is never just about the ride, and coffee is rarely just about the cup.

From last September’s exhibition at @otra.cafeteria

[ES] Mallorca tiene una magia especial. Está en las carreteras, la luz, la gente y esos pequeños lugares que lo unen todo. Un recordatorio de que el ciclismo nunca trata solo de pedalear y de que el café rara vez es solo una taza.

Those rides where you eventually have to sprint up the coll to catch the sunset on the other side of the hill, because you were chatting too much before the ride and almost missed it. Love those rides.

And oh well, it was a bit cloudy anyway, so it all worked out perfectly 🫰

One of the best, if not the best, loops of Mallorca - in my humble opinion 💁‍♀️

Starting in Sóller, climbing up to Deià and following the MA-10 along the coast all the way to Andratx. From there, we turned inland towards Sa Coma and Sa Batalla, before taking on the descent via Puig Major, preferably with golden hour 🫰

168 kilometers, 2874 altitude meters.
