Here’s to 32 circles around the sun.

To 31 - I traveled twice to SoCal, had a seasonal bout of call center work again, walked 450+ miles with my boy crush of a dog, lost 20 pounds, worked on my adjustment issues, anxiety management, and relationship with food/exercise. I was apart of a cardio-metabolic study and got myself a mountain bike, and rode it a couple times already, and finally am more consistent with strength training, even getting some more weights for the home gym.

You were kind enough to me 31, so I hope 32 learns from you. by @ribix13

Around my late mom’s birthday, I treated myself to some @shopaugustlovebutters, and got the Sweet Orange in honor of mom (she loved orange blossoms especially), and Vanilla. Since they’re hand made, by a darling Black momma, it took some time to arrive, but I’m already head over heels for it. If anyone’s looking for a lightweight, small business made (based in Texas) body butters, I’d beyond recommend August Love Butters by @ribix13
