Ever received a “Can we talk?” text and immediately imagined the worst? 😅

It’s amazing how quickly we can create an entire story with very little information.

One thing NLP teaches us is to recognize the difference between what actually happened and the meaning we give it.

Sometimes a simple question can save us a lot of unnecessary stress.

Get curious before jumping to conclusions.

Sometimes we react to what we think someone meant rather than what they actually said.

Before jumping to conclusions, get curious and ask questions. You might be surprised by the answer.

Ready for tomorrow.

Workbooks are printed.
The room is set.
One-Day NLP Intensive starts tomorrow in Frisco.

Looking forward to a full day of learning, practicing, and putting NLP to work. by @ricardoleonlive

Same conversation.
Different state.
Different response.

When you enter reactive, the goal becomes protecting yourself.
When you enter resourceful, you can listen, think, and respond with intention.

Before your next difficult conversation: breathe, choose your state, then respond.

People read your posture, pace, and tone before they process your words.

Choose your state before the moment chooses it for you.

Another sold-out NLP cohort.

A few months ago, this was an idea I wanted to test.

Now we’re filling rooms in Frisco with people who want practical tools to better understand how they think, communicate, and respond.

Today’s room is ready.

Let’s get to work. by @ricardoleonlive

The climb isn’t the problem.
The baggage is.

Rewire. Reframe. Rise.

You don’t need more motivation.
You need better wiring.

Rewire the pattern.
Reframe the meaning.
Rise into the identity that follows through.

High energy.
No excuses.

Grateful to teach what changed my life.

Most people don’t fail.
They quit one step too soon.

You’re closer than you think.

Keep climbing.
Keep improving.
Don’t stop on the step before the door.

The goal is to outgrow yourself. by @ricardoleonlive

Most people don’t lose.
They quit too soon.

Growth isn’t flashy.
It’s daily. Quiet. Repetitive.

But it separates the winners.

Where are you about to quit that you shouldn’t?
