I love the poetically titled show “Walking on an Airy Road”! In coordination with Arts of Life @the_arts_of_life , “the show brings together artists that..share..an engagement with material exploration and a free, gerund, process-oriented approach to finding and making simultaneously. The exhibition frames this through the lens of “flow state” as described by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi: the absorbed, generative condition that emerges when a practice is fully inhabited.” Many thanks to @annakunzchicago for including me. Opening tonight in Chicago at Circle Contemporary @circlecontemporary

Final days to catch @danieljwiener ‘s excellent show @satchelprojects Marrying the psychedelic and the grotesque, Weiner’s work is a deep dive into the process of noodling around with snakes (epoxy sculpt) so perhaps it’s inevitable he comes up with faces resembling Medusas and gargoyles. If you haven’t seen it yet, what are you waiting for? by @ricbriggs
