Jono doing Jono things, +7.5kg on his best bench double 😮‍💨 Jono recently moved down to 3 days of training per week and is making as much progress as ever. Less time in the gym hasn’t meant less progress, we’re just making the work we do count. If you want to get stronger without training your whole week away, get in touch! by @riceislif3
In April when i turned 30 , i ran 30kms then i did not run for 6-8 weeks 🤡 but today i willed a marathon into reality for my 30th year around the sun. Together every supporter helped raise collectively $2000 for 122,000 people facing homelessness in Australia daily with @wearemobilise an awesome organisation that provides direct help to those facing this crisis. I couldn’t have done it without my pace crew ft all the big dogs of @fortisrunclub_ @jamesgemove @jholeborzillo @christopherle @bradscott.pt @michaelrakic_ First 30km was phenomenal and then the last 12km i just had to keep turning the legs over. Programmed to succeed by @alexander.dellaportas and fueled to not blow up @jordan.nexusperformance 😆 onto the next wild challenge 42.2km @6:18/km pace #hybridathlete #runner #powerlifter #lining #gatorade by @riceislif3
