🎉 A HUGE Thank You from Bro Fit Newcastle! 🎉

To everyone who came out and made our Grand Opening such an incredible success – THANK YOU! 🙏🏼 Your energy, support, and enthusiasm have made this moment even more special.

It was amazing to see so many faces, both new and familiar, coming together to celebrate the beginning of something BIG! This is just the start of what we’re building together – a community where men can connect, train hard, and level up their physical and mental health. 🥊🔥

It really means everything to us, and we can’t wait to continue this journey alongside all of you. Let’s keep pushing forward, lifting each other up, and becoming the best versions of ourselves. 💪🏼

Stay tuned for more to come, and once again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Let’s go Bro Fit Newcastle! 🖤

⚠️CONTENT WARNING: DISCUSSIONS OF SUICIDE

INTERNATIONAL MEN'S DAY

A snippet from our session today, reflecting on International Men's Day.

We spoke about the relevance of the 2,529 empty boots at Parliament House, which represented the number of men and boys lives lost to suicide in the past 12 months.

The quality of our conversations can determine the quality of our culture. Today, we chose to have courageous conversations about men's health, suicide and breaking the stigma about reaching out for support.

We are proud of how honest and open this Year 7 and Year 8 group of boys were to having some tough conversations and respecting each other. Kindness can go a long way, so be kind ✨️

A huge thank you to @rich.fogarty and @yyasminclydsdale for supporting the session.

Wow!!! The final count, $50,000 raised on the inaugural M-Brace Charity Golf Day ⛳️💙

The weather absolutely turned it on for the teams who took to the course on Friday, a cracking day with some amazing people. 144 players, 36 teams!

A massive thank you to East’s Leisure & Golf Club for hosting us, the course was in great nick. This day couldn’t have happened without our amazing volunteers, our sponsors and of course, those 36 teams 🏌️

A special thank you to our MC Rich Fogarty, class as always! As well as our star studded guest speakers Shane Heal, Michael Hagan and Stuart Musialik who spoke beautifully about their sporting careers and mental health. We can’t thank you enough for donating your time for us and this cause 🫶

Thank you to the very talented Jessica Wilson who captured the day beautifully, as well as our auctioneer Sean Chaffer who did an amazing job!

Thank you to Rob from Flanagans who generously donated the golf shirts for the players, everyone was very impressed with the quality! To have Tommy Novak from the Voice playing tunes on Hole 10, so good!! Thank you Tommy for donating your time 🎸🎤

It was also special to have Newcastle Knights star Dylan Lucas who was in attendance to present the signed Knights jersey, we were also joined by our Chairman Nick Sovechles and CEO Alex Sovechles, every $ raised is funding FREE mental health services for those in need and these gentleman are at the forefront of this.

Thank you to Hectic Joe from Piccacino for pouring some coffees for the players and Mal from Beach Jerky who provided some of the best beef jerky you’ll get yours hands on.

To our two hole activation sponsors, Better Beer and Sydney Brewery, thank you for backing us and keeping the players hydrated over the day! 🍻

Lastly, to every sponsor, special guests and golfers who jumped on board, thank you for making the inaugural M-Brace Golf Day so special.

How good is this community!! 🙏

Plenty of photos from the day to come, including the winning teams 🏌️

Rest Easy Pandora Fogarty 😢 18 year old and one amazing life journey, travelled everywhere with us and the loyalty, friendship and love you showed to the Fogarty family was undeniable, we will miss you.

We will miss the love hate relationship we had with you under our feet every five minutes looking and hunting for food, barking when you were cranky, but always by our sides no matter what.

You will always be our girl and there will never be another Pandora #oneofakind

The Offical First North Tamworth Bears Ball 2026, what a night! 🐻❤️🖤

To everyone who joined us on Saturday night: thank you.

To our major sponsors, players, partners, families and everyone in the community who got behind the ball, you helped make it a night we’re incredibly proud of.

We wanted this night to have a purpose, and we felt that purpose in the room.

A special thank you to Josh Reynolds and Darius Boyd for sharing their stories: the highs of their careers, the hard moments and everything in between.

We hope you left with the message at the heart of the night: support your mates and support your community.

We are incredibly proud of our club and all it represents.

Our Runway red carpet host Jack Patterson we thank you for opening our night and roasting our boys as always 🎤

Our auctioneers @mccullochagencies thanks for your continued support.

Thank you for being part of Bears Ball 2026. We can’t wait to see you at an even bigger ball next year! 🐻

Don’t worry we have more clips to come as we share such a special event. 💃❤️🖤 taken in Tamworth, New South Wales by @rich.fogarty
