🚨 ARTISTS, PRODUCERS & MANAGERS 🚨

Every week artists ask me to check out their music.

The reality is I can’t get to every DM, email, or comment.

So I’m opening submissions.

If you want your music heard by someone actively working in A&R, this is the most direct way to get it in front of me.

No promises.
No cosigns.
No industry fairy tales.

Just music.

Management has evolved. I’ve had this conversation before and I still believe the role today requires range.

You have to understand the music, the money, rights, marketing, touring, monetization, relationships and problem solving. You won’t personally execute every function, but you should understand how the entire machine works.

Some days the job goes far beyond business. You show up. That comes with genuinely caring about the people you work with.

But the foundation is partnership , building something together and knowing how to turn talent and motion into a sustainable business.

My perspective hasn’t changed. My understanding of the responsibility keeps growing.
