TEDx Speaker 6x Author
I turn speakers & Coaches into high-authority authors that command higher fees, starting with a book.
DM “BOOK" For Framework

POSTS STORIES REELS

Most people try to grow by doing more.
Posting more. Selling more. Hustling harder.

One book changed everything for me — because it created leverage.
It positioned my thinking once and kept working long after I stopped talking.

That’s what the right book does. It pre-sells your credibility.

Most people chase visibility.
Authority works the opposite way.

I didn’t get a TEDx stage by posting more or pitching harder.
I got invited because my ideas were clear, structured, and positioned.

That clarity came from writing the right book.

If you want the framework I used,

Most books fail because they start with chapters instead of positioning.

Authority books are designed to shape perception before they teach anything.
That’s the difference between sharing ideas and building leverage.

If you want the framework that shows you how to structure a book the right way,

Most nonfiction books don’t fail when you write them. They fail when you start without clarity.

Before the outline: who it’s for, what problem it solves, the one core idea, why you’re the one to write it, and what you want the reader to do next.

Answer those five. Then open the doc.

“Amazon bestselling author” is easy to claim. Hard to make last.

Hitting #1 for 48 hours in a tiny subcategory isn’t a business asset. BSR tracks recent velocity — a launch spike without a system dies in a week.

What lasts: launch team early, email list before you publish, media timed to launch week, ruthless category selection, then post-launch ads + reviews + content that keep 5 copies/day moving longer than one hero day.

Optimize for the rank and for what the book does for your business — inquiries, stages, clients.

Authority Book Blueprint — pre-launch through the system that keeps ranking and generating leads. by @rich_getsyoupublished

Self-publishing isn’t hard. Treating it like a hobby is.

Most first-time authors don’t fail on Amazon. They fail on positioning — unclear reader, vague promise, no core idea. Then they skip real editing, cheap out on the cover, and wonder why nobody buys.

Professional self-pub is a sequence: nail foundation → write → edit (all three kinds) → cover → formatting → ISBNs → KDP + IngramSpark → author site + lead magnet → launch → post-launch system.

Skip the shortcuts. Build it like a business asset.

I have a client who's a leadership coach.

45 days after his ecosystem went live he had booked corporate engagements.

I'm being careful not to make that sound like a guarantee, because it's not. He did the work. He showed up. The system just made sure the right people could find him and take action when they did.

Before that? He had the expertise. He had the reputation. He just didn't have the infrastructure to turn either one into consistent inbound opportunities. That's the gap most coaches are living in right now.

Not a credibility gap. Not a skill gap.

An infrastructure gap.

A system doesn't replace the work, it just makes sure the work doesn't disappear into the void when you're done doing it.

What does your current setup look like for turning your expertise into consistent opportunities?

Most coaches I meet say: 'I wrote a book.'
My clients say: 'I built a business that runs on my book.'

Hear the difference?

One is a noun.
The other is a machine.

Which one do you have right now? 🤔

Every book coach on this platform gives the same generic advice.

"Wake up at 5 AM." "Write 500 words a day." "Just block out 30 minutes."

If you had 30 spare, uninterrupted minutes — you'd have written the book already. 📖

Here's what I tell the authors inside my community instead:

Open your draft.
Stare at it for 5–10 seconds.
Close it.

That's it. Write nothing.

Two things happen when you do this consistently:

→ You prove to your brain that opening the file doesn't kill you.
→ You create a psychological itch. The brain hates open loops.

The pressure shifts from "I don't have time to write" to "I actually want to fix that paragraph."

Stop trying to write a masterpiece in one sitting when you haven't even mastered opening the file.

Lower the bar. Remove the friction. Let the pressure do the work.

If you've been staring at a blank page or a dead draft — drop the ego.

Try doing nothing for 5 seconds today. See what happens to your brain in 7 days. 👇

💾 Save this. Share it with a writer who needs to hear it.

I worked with a researcher who knew more about his subject than almost anyone alive.

Nobody knew he existed. Not because his work wasn't valuable. Because there was no infrastructure around it. No way for the right people to find him, trust him, and reach out.

We built that infrastructure around his book.

I won't put words in his mouth about what happened next, but I will say the inbound inquiries he's getting now weren't happening before.

Same expertise, just a different system. That's the part most people skip.

Your knowledge doesn't grow your business. The system that makes your knowledge findable does.

What does your current infrastructure look like around your expertise?

She was booked solid with 1-on-1 sessions — and still broke.

After we built her ecosystem — book + automated course funnel + email sequences — her group program now fills itself.

She coaches less. She earns more.

That's what a real Authority Author Eco System does.

DM me 'BLUEPRINT' for the same playbook.
