I was always told that women can play supporting roles but can’t lead. I was told that Mothers can’t dream Big. For years I subconsciously believed the same.

For the first time while practicing law, i met a woman CEO of a successful company. At that moment, I realised women can lead too. ☀️

Every honest ambition carries dignity & value regardless of size & title. Don’t ever let someone tell you that you can’t do something 🦋

This is a reminder to myself & my girls to please show up for yourself, every day. Show up tired, messy, & not so perfect. This is the most powerful choice which we can make for peace & growth. 💟

Since when did we get into the habbit of trying to look & be perfect? Nothing is more attractive than being your authentic self.

Last few years I have seen some beautiful brands by exceptionally talented women in the space of education, lifestyle, beauty & other consumer products. Some of these brands have not received their due to competition with large body corporates and lack of support.

Today our vision is growing..we on our platform at Benditaa @benditaashop are planning to showcase products by exceptionally talented women. 🙌

This is a great opportunity to find unique and fresh products along with supporting the dreams of thousands of other girls in future. If we want more women to become founders tomorrow..we also need to start supporting the women who are trying to build today. ☀️

This is so we can tell our daughters confidently in future to start their own business. 🧿

As parents sometimes we underestimate the things that our children can remember. We feel that they will not remember the little things.. but they do ☀️

I recollect a conversation with my daughter when she was 3 years old..where she referred to a t-shirt and repeated the message on the t-shirt..she remembered the words & they remained in her mind shaping her mood, perception & imagination 🌈

This sparked a simple observation and an idea... what if we create clothing for children which contributes to who they become. Research with respect to child development sets out the importance of early language exposure for emotional and cognitive growth. A few positive affirmations daily can shape how children see themselves & their place in the world.

This is about creating positive language that children can carry within themselves & creating a space where each person feels that they are enough just as they are… ….& may be something as small as a t-shirt can help begin that journey. 🦋

Being a mom has been one of the most transformative leadership experiences of my life. It has reshaped how i understand time, focus and priorities in a way no formal training could.

Being a Mom is the most important job in the world, since You are shaping the FUTURE ☀️

The phase “Just a Mom” is a myth. The reality is far more powerful. You are a project manager, chef, counsellor, teacher, nurse, warrior .. Mother 🧿
