Easing into the fall,. Been a little low since my foot injury at the Deep River annual. Been touring about though and happy with this years riding session.

Got the Ride not only with Kevin this year but also, Cyril. Both were amazing rides with some sprinkled in Drama but overall having a good time in life.

So Ive had a darn fahlutin shifty summer, and I started to push the easy button. I have a good idea of the correction path thats needed. Im dreading it but kind of cant wait to start.

So the challenge is to toss up into your story edits, your food items purchaces for two weeks. They say thats how long it takes to develope a new nueral pathway in your brain.

Starting tuesday Im doing a big grocery kick off. Then when and where I buy guilty pleasures Im flailing those out too.

Im sure its goimg to be tough, Ive done it a few times in my journey through this life so far.

If you wanna join me please feel free to let mr know. I will send encourgement back. by @richardgcf55
