@richardson.hills.butchers is more than just a butcher—it’s a destination for food lovers. Nestled in the vibrant market town of Shipston-on-Stour, on the edge of the beautiful Cotswolds, this premium shop brings together exceptional quality, local charm, and a passion for fine food.
While butchery remains at its heart, you’ll also find an irresistible selection of artisan cheeses, carefully curated charcuterie, and now, the rich, flavourful DIMOS Olive Oil on their shelves.
To celebrate, we’re delighted to be hosting a special tasting event with them on 9th May. Come along, discover something delicious, and experience it all for yourself—we’d love to see you there.

A throw back to this majestic UK wagyu bone in ribeye from Valentine’s Day. Aged for 200 days it was a testament to how long you can age exceptional well covered beef like this. A couple of you managed to grab a piece (as did we!) and it was incredible.
