✝️ God in the centre of it all.
💘 In a relationship.

God first ✝️
I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer mid last year. I was told I had 4 years to live and that the cancer may also have spread to my leg which caused me to be in a lot of pain and was on crutches for months. No chemo, no surgery due to the fact it would only decrease my life span even more. Not too many people know about this as I wasn’t mentally ready to break the news to family and friends. I was at my lowest at this point in my life but my faith grew strong and I had those deep conversations with god through my prayers every night. He stood beside me through it all and was blessed to be walking again pain free. On paper I shouldn’t be walking nor should I be in the best physical shape in my life but here we are deifying all odds.

I’m not in the clear yet and still on daily meds, but my body is continuously fighting as I know it would with the right mind set and positivity. Showing up to the gym got me through a lot in life and this was no different. I’m in a better head space now to talk about it and will continue to motivate friends who are going through a tough time and have those conversation with them and let them know that if you have a relationship with god you can get through anything. 🙏🏽

If you’re a friend or family going through something tough or even a stranger and need someone to have a conversation with don’t hesitate to reach out.

Much love to my brothers and sisters that kept me a float when I felt like I was drowning at times, you know who you are. And strangers that became friends who reached out if I was ok when I no longer could put on a poker face, I appreciate you guys more than you know. Let’s continue to uplift one another with positive energy. ❤️

God is good. 🙏🏽 by @richardverceles

Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle they don’t talk about.

It starts with you.. the person in front of the mirror.. if you are persistent, you will get it.. if you are consistent you will keep it! @doyoueven 🔥
