For the last year and a half, I’ve been doing some amazing work with the Entertainment Hub at Bauer as an Assistant Video Producer . It’s been such a great journey that has helped me grow soo much in so many ways. I want to use this opportunity to show you a small glimpse of SOME of the amazing guests I’ve worked with… Thank you to my Ents Hub team 🫶🏽, all the brands, and the people who have helped and supported me on the way. It’s a new year and a new era. Much more bigger and better things to come. 🙏🏽😉 #LetsGo by @richdir_

GCSE results amongst the black/ ethnic minority students were the lowest out of all the other boroughs in London a couple years ago. I was commissioned to filmed this short film/doc to explore some of the reasons why and to speak to some students first hand. This film resonated a lot with me especially being from the borough. I was proud to be able to produce such a piece and I hope it serves its purpose to educate and inform the next generation of students, teachers and parents. The film has already been watched by many teachers already within several schools across the borough. Projects like this remind me that it’s not just about having a skill set and using it to your advantage. It’s important to also give back and try to leave a legacy with your work. Thank you to @lewisham_young_mayor @lewishamcouncil for allowing me to give back.
Also big love to my bro @jacobsakil for always supporting me and for allowing me to give him his Voice Over debut 😅🙌🏽🫶🏽 by @richdir_

Stage 4 - forget about the length of the journey. Forget how much you’ve experienced. Forget what you think you know and prepare for the uncomfortable. #rich by @richdir_
