Pain isn’t stopping me!!! it’s building me!!!

Every rep, every burn, every negative thought. I turn it into fuel. Most people run from discomfort. I chase it.

Because that’s where the transformation lives.
There are days you won’t feel motivated. Days you’ll doubt yourself. Days the weight feels heavier than it should. Good. That’s your moment. That’s where you separate.

Consistency is key!!! I have come a long way. I never thought I could change my body and build muscle.
