Leveraging the bank is one of the biggest tools to this game.

It’s not about how much you invest but rather how much you can get the bank to “invest” with you.

If you learn how to work with banks you’ll never need investors again. Get your 30 percent equity in so the bank can cover “fund” you the rest of the 70 percent.

When doing Demo for bedrock and knowing that you have to do a foundation later on that site, it is in the best interest of the Developer and or GC to preserve the bedrock.

Usually, the bedrock has a very strong intensity and density so that when you do the dowels and concrete into the bedrock the same pressurized stability is used and consistent across all the plot plan.
