Weight Loss Journey #4. It’s Dec 3rd, 2025. I’m down to 154lbs… 46lbs lighter. I could wear a Medium, down 2 pant sizes, heart is better, diabetes in remission. 🙏🏽🙏🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Very tough- lots of self awareness and very very hard to maintain. I have developed body dysmorphia during this weight loss journey. But as long health gets better it’s worth the change.

Weight Loss Journey #3- It’s June 3rd, 2025. I’m down to 160lbs… 40lbs lighter. I could wear a Medium. 🙏🏽🙏🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Very tough- lots of self control and unwanted temptations. It takes one health scare to be health conscious. Wish I stayed consistent sooner.

Weight Loss Journey Update #2:
It’s been a scary start to 2025…
But since I started on this journey, it’s been. A struggle. I would do well for a couple of months but then lose the motivation and started 2025 that became lathered with health complications. But consciously eating healthier and exercise. I’m down 26 lbs. From 200 to 174. It’s been a journey. Hope to keep it off.

To be in the same stadium as Messi, Suarez, Alba, Busquets. It’s as close we can get. @_cub19 next game we go!
