This event brought rural stakeholders together to explore how to better leverage community assets and create space for rural residents and communities to thrive. Last week the Richmond Fed held the Exploring Economics Conference in partnership with @urobinsbusiness and @VCUBusiness. The conference provides undergraduate students useful insights on how to transition from academic life to a thriving career in economics.

This year’s keynote speaker was Catherine Eckel, the Sara and John Lindsey Professor in the Liberal Arts and University Distinguished Professor in the Department of Economics at @tamu.
