Today, we’re proud to launch the Richmond United Rise Up Fund — our annual campaign dedicated to making soccer accessible for every child in our community. This year, we’re aiming to raise $250,000 to provide financial assistance for players across Richmond who need it most.

We’re kicking things off with incredible support from Virginia Credit Union, who have jumpstarted our campaign with a $10,000 donation to help Richmond United players and families. Their generosity sets the tone for what’s ahead as we work together to grow the game and give every child the chance to rise.

Fall sports are in full swing and the question on a lot of our minds is: when does my child's injury need to be seen by a medical professional? We're thrilled to partner with our friends at Richmond United to talk all things youth sports, healthy lifestyles and teamwork. This month we have orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Andrew Peace breaking down what to look for when your child gets hurt on the pitch and when a little rest and ice may be enough. ⚽

A night of learning, collaboration, and growth! ⚽️
On Monday, we brought together our RU Red and Orange U9-U12 travel coaches at Striker Park for a coaches education session focused on training setup, structure, and intensity.
With great weather and an awesome turnout, it was a great opportunity for our coaches to connect, share ideas, and continue growing together to better serve our players. Because when our coaches grow, our players grow!

📸 RICHMOND UNITED MEDIA DAY PHOTOS ARE ALL ONLINE! 📸

The wait is finally over! 🙌 All Richmond United media day photos are now online and ready to view!

Back in early August, I photographed 42 teams over 22+ hours and have since spent 120+ hours editing and uploadingall of the images. It’s been a massive undertaking, and I’m so excited to finally have every team’s photos available!

Thank you to all the players, families, and coaches for your patience while I worked through this huge project. I know it’s been a long wait, and I truly appreciate your support! 💙

Head to the link in my bio to find your player’s photos!
