Three incredible people. @camronayala @cybrnetx @slimgini Three captivating locations. An amazing crew. Lots of gear, a little chaos, and one very big question:

Who are we… and what does the world need to know about us?

This weekend we officially completed production on the proof-of-concept teaser for I AM AMPUTEE.

We captured movement. Music. Humor. Vulnerability. Prosthetics. Adaptation. And the ordinary moments that rarely make it into stories about disability.

Because this isn’t a documentary about people who are missing something.

It’s about people.

Complicated, funny, frustrated, talented people navigating careers, relationships, bodies, identity and everyday life.

Limb loss is part of our stories. It isn’t the entirety of who we are.

Now we move into post-production. Then comes the next challenge: taking this proof of concept to production companies, networks and streaming platforms.

The limb-loss community deserves something bigger than another 90-second inspirational story.

There are millions of stories here. It’s time the world heard them!
