Every Peak Week, I pick a new @melin Coronado to take the ride with me. At this point, it’s become a tradition, and honestly, a little psychological boost that tells me: it’s go time.

This year’s pick: the Coronado Hydro Watercolor Camo. From the grind of Peak Week all the way to show day, this one was along for the entire ride.

Another season. Another adventure. Another Coronado.

Thanks for making a hat that can actually keep up, @melin .

And if you’ve never owned a melin… you’re missing out. Fair warning: your first probably won’t be your last. Favorite workout gear goes to @gymshark

Years ago, @o.w.e.fit and I got our pro cards as a part of the same team through Kaleb Siverly @ksiverly21_ifbbpro . Last weekend, Andre took 2nd place in this competition and I took 3rd. Always great to compete amongst friends! #ironsharpensiron #bodybuilding #fitness taken in Tomball, Texas by @rickaf82
