You just need to know which AWS service does what.

Here’s the architecture 👇

🟠 Route 53
Handles DNS and connects your domain to your AWS infrastructure.

🟠 CloudFront + S3
CloudFront delivers your frontend globally, while S3 stores your React or Next.js build files.

🟠 API Gateway
Acts as the entry point between your frontend and backend, handling routing, authentication, rate limiting, and access control.

🟠 EC2, ECS, or Lambda
Three different ways to run your backend.
EC2 → virtual machines.
ECS → Docker containers.
Lambda → serverless functions.

🟠 SQS
Handles background jobs like emails, notifications, and invoice processing.

🟠 RDS or DynamoDB
RDS for relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
DynamoDB for NoSQL workloads.

🟠 S3 + CloudFront
S3 stores user uploads like images, videos, and PDFs, while CloudFront delivers them quickly around the world.

The easiest way to remember it:
