Chubby 238lb but still slimming down. Was able to jog slow pace for 10 minutes. Little bit dizziness but nothing severe. .60 miles. So close to that 1 mile mark. 🥴 Just a few more steps for a few more minutes! #strokerecovery #strokejourney by @rickshorrorstory
Didn't feel like it today but toughed this one out. I felt good doing balance exercises more than weight training. This workout helps with balance. I do 15 reps on each leg. The left leg is the unaffected one and my right leg is the affected one with DVT. by @rickshorrorstory

Jogged a quarter mile non-stop. No dizziness but a lot of sweat for a slow paced jog. Current goals: 1-mile nonstop jog. Bench Press again. #strokerecovery #strokesurvivor by @rickshorrorstory

Why do squirrels flick their tails? Because they sense danger. It is to warn of predators. I am not hungry yet. 🤣 Just an adventure today. ✅️ Walked 3 miles. ✅️ Enjoyed a meetup at Starbucks. ✅️ Checked out the architecture. ✅️ Enjoyed some peace and quiet. by @rickshorrorstory

I finished therapy today and time to get back to work. I did well for someone who had a pontine and thalamic stroke back in April. This whole ordeal was a nightmare for me from beginning to end. I may look calm and cool and seem normal most of the time. I am not always normal. I think about that day a lot and the hospital experience. It was not always pleasant. I had good days where I was high spirit but a lot of awful moments especially at night. Time to move forward and make sure this never happens again. by @rickshorrorstory

This is a moth orchid. It was given to me by a client last christmas and I gave it away for free to a girl I liked. I didn't know how much it was worth. 🤷🥴 by @rickshorrorstory
